For people who want to manage everything themselves but need a second set of eyes and some guidance to avoid major mistakes. These services are frequently used by experienced trades who are building their own house or other contractors or owners who have run into problems. 

Before you start digging, we will review your construction plans to make sure they’re complete and advise you about potential complications so that you can be prepared.  

At your request, we will attend at your site to inspect and to note any issues we see and provide you with advice as to how to address these issues.  

If you run into a specific problem during construction and don’t know how to deal with it, we can help.

If you’re more comfortable having someone always available to help, you can retain us as consultants for a stage of or even your entire project.
